In April of 2005 I attended a breakfast meeting with Robert Moog and the folks at Big City Music. After which we were joined at BCM by NIN keyboardist Alessandro Cortini. This photo of the three of us was taken at Big City Music.

As fate would have it, there is a bit of significance to this meeting however ~ it was the last road trip he took before going to the doctor with complaints of a sore arm, which he did a couple of days after this photo was taken ~ upon his return home. It was then that he was diagnosed with a brain tumor.

Man, I look like complete crap here...but when you get a photo op flanked by some of the coolest people on the planet you've got to keep vanity in check.
